The International Conference Centre (ICC) located centrally in
the business district of Durban is an extremely functional venue enhanced by the
aesthetic beauty of this coastal city. The ICC Durban is surrounded by a range
of hotels adequately accommodating thousands of delegates.
The ICC in Durban can accommodate conferences of up to 15 000
delegates offering a full range of business facilities and conference related
services, allowing your conference to be as simple or as technically
sophisticated as you choose. The latest in conference technology and logistical
support is available and a comprehensive list of services will meet the most
detailed and specific arrangements - from international scale conferences to
small groups.
The auditorium, seats 1800 delegates and can also be divided into
two halls seating up to 840 delegates each. Double operable walls separate Halls
1, 2 and 3 can be moved to create a venue which seats up to 5 000 delegates.
Hall 4 can accommodate 1 800 guests in theatre style seating. There are 23
smaller meeting rooms ranging from 43m2 to 396m2

Its two auditoriums offer excellent technological infrastructure

The Cape Town International Convention Centre provides 10 000m²
of dedicated, column-free exhibition and trade show space. The exhibition halls
are sub-divisible and can be configured into five separate venues for smaller
exhibitions, banquets or conferences.
The magnificent 2 000m² Grand Ballroom has striking views of the
vibrant city and the Table Mountain range. Spacious function rooms of varying
sizes include four Meeting Rooms, each accommodating up to 330 delegates. The
Meeting Rooms are sub-divisible and can be set up for a variety of
configurations. There are 1 400 secure on-site parking bays available for
visitors.
South Africa's
economic powerhouse, Johannesburg has an international standard event venue for
international corporations and business travelers. Located in the heart of
Sandton's hotel, business and entertainment district, Sandton Convention Centre
offers 22,000m² of convention, exhibition and special event space.
There is easy access to over 5 000 hotel rooms, is adjacent to
the country's top shopping and entertainment complexes and provides 10 600
secure parking bays.
The Pavilion can seat 4,500 patrons. The Ballroom can seat 2,000
banquet guests and the 13 other meeting rooms can accommodate up to 350
delegates. The two exhibition levels have a combined floor space of 11,000m².

Sandton Convention Centre is South Africa's most technologically
advanced convention centre and is purpose built to cater to your every need.
With state-of-the-art lighting, audio, structures, power, rigging, audio-visual
and daylight screens.
The Sandton Convention Centre has hosted many international
events requiring world-class technology and amenities, with the World Summit on
Sustainable Development being their most acclaimed.
A business centre offers total telecommunications solutions and
services. Mobile and desk telephones with speaker facility; video conferencing;
video streaming; web hosting; digital, analogue and ISDN lines as well as ADSL
are a few examples of what the business centre has to offer.
Other conference venues in Johannesburg include Gallagher Estate,
a country venue situated midway between Johannesburg and Pretoria. Facilities
include 19 multi-functional venues and secure parking for 9 000 vehicles. The
Auditorium provides seating for 1 500 delegates and 500 banquet style. There are
five large exhibition halls for exhibitions, concerts and trade shows, as well
as other smaller areas.
The Dome situated north of Johannesburg's city centre offers
approximately 30 000m² exhibition space. The spacious main arena and mezzanine
(12 500m²) is ideal for exhibitions, concerts, large conferences and other
special events. It accommodates up to 16 000 people standing. A number of
smaller areas can host smaller groups. Additionally there is also an open-air
amphitheatre located alongside the main arena that can host 500 people.
The Expo Centre at Nasrec is set amidst Johannesburg's mine dumps
and offers yet another superb alternative. Ample secure parking for up to 25 000
is available. The exhibition facilities offer a total of 42 000m² and facilities
can be configured in various formations, accommodating 15 000 people.
